English Language Challenges

Hi everyone, this is the last blog! Today i am going to talk about my experience learning English at University. 

Well, i think English programme at University is very basic, because i feel that i learned nothing in the three semesters that i had English, i only practiced what i already knew, what is not so much.

I feel that blogs help to practice what i know, but i have some problems with grammar and how organize a sentence, besides, i don't know so much vocabulary, and in the classes this never we saw in depth. For this, i feel that the blogs could have been of great utility if first teachers had taught the basic. I believe that teachers need to equate students in knowledge, to teach grammar, vocabulary and everything necessary for later, practice this in the blogs

I think that i need to improve my grammar, because really it is difficult for my, besides of to learn verbal forms. I think to improve this problem studying english for myself, and i would like to take a English course in some moment, because really i want to learn this language, it is very necessary, besides i want to travel in the future an other countries that speak English, and for to travel is very necessary know English.

Well, outside the English class, i use English in some moments, mainly when i listen to music, when i want to know the lyrics or when i see movies and i try to understand what say the character.

Summer Plans

Hi everyone! Today i'm going to talk about my summer plans.
Well, the first thing that i'm going to do when finish university is go back to my home in Talca with my family and rest a lot of time, and above all, to be and to leave with my brother, because i miss his so much, he has seven years old, he is very nice and he miss me so much too.
Really, i don't have thought about what to do in summer. I hope to go to the beach, maybe Curanipe, my favorite beach, or Constitución, with my family, my mom, brother, sister, grandma and grandfa, or mountain range with my father and his family, my stepmother and stepsister, because he has a house in Vilches. Also i want to go to beach with my friends, although we don't have thought or talked about this yet. What i'm sure is that in March i'm going to Bahía Inglesa and neaby with my boyfriend, to know those places and take advantage celebrate his birthday.
I don't sure if i want to work this summer yet, because i'm very lazy person, but i need money, now i'm very poor, so that lately i have thought a lot about this, i think i need money to do everything that i want, but i don't want to work in a place very exhausting.

My future job

Hi! Today i'm going to talk about my dreamed job in the future. Now, i'm estudying public administration in University of Chile. I'm in my second year in this career. I chose this career in the last moment, because i like the social topics and i thought that trough this i could help to the people in their problems. I like this career, altough sometimes i bore me a bit, because it has a lot of subjects very different, and i don't like all subjects, also we must read books that are a little bored.
Really, to talk about my dreamed job in the future is very difficult, because i'm in a process of boredom, for this i don't think so much about what i want to work, altough, i like to do things bored, so i would like to work in an office, working in to implement public policies that improve the conditions of the people or something like  this. I don't know where i want to work yet, i mean, what institution, although i'm interested a Ministry, like Ministry of Women and Gender Equity or Ministry of Social Development, i consider, this ministries try to solve the biggest problems that has the country, although i would like work in a lot of places.

My favorite music

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to talk about my favorite music

Really, it is a very difficult decision, because i'm unfocussed about it, mainly because i don't like all songs of my favorite singers. Besides, i like different singers and different songs, so that i don't a favorite musical genre. Besides, i listen to music according to my mood.

Currently, i like music that i listened when i was a little girl with my mom, like Pink Floyd, The Police, U2, Beatles, among others, that are the favorite singers of my mom. I like this singers because their sings, their lyrics and melody. Also i like Silvio Rodríguez, because he is very quiet and his sings are very nice and Björk, for the same reason.
Also, i like pop music, but only i listen it for to study for example, because help me to concetrate me.
But, my favorite singer forever is Adele, because i feel identified with her songs i love all her songs, are very nice, she is very beautiful, i love she so much, her voice is very perfect, she compose very good.
To end, my favorite songs are The great gig in the sky of Pink Floyd, Stonemilker of Björk, and When we were young of Adele.

Bread and Roses

Hi! Today i'm going to talk about the film "Bread and Roses" directed by Ken Loach, that we saw yesterday in class.
The scenes that I liked more were:
First, the scene when Sam goes to Maya's house and start to explain about cleaners' laboral conditions. He talk about laboral conditions in 1982, where cleaners had right to health insurance and paid holidays, besides of a better pay. In the other hand, in 1999 (year of the movie), cleaners don't had right to this things, and the paid was much fewer. I liked this scene because Maya realized that she and your family can work in better laboral conditions and to have more money for to help to her father, who is sick.
Second, the scene when the cleaners show to their boss their right to meet up and they to begin to work about this. I liked this scene because show the change inside of the people that were not according to unions, for fear, but want to improve their laboral conditions.
Third, the scene where Rosa confess to Maya that she betrayed them, and tells that when she arrived to USA, she practiced to prostitution. I liked this scene because is very emotional and sad, finally Rosa is sincere with Maya.

I think that social movies are very interesting, and are very good, because it show the reality, mainly in the areas where the life is more difficult, how show this film.

In my opinion, conditions of inmigrants' in Chile are bad, because their paid is low, and they work a lot of hours, besides the chilean people discriminate to the inmigrants'.

My best holidays

Hi! Today i'm going to talk about my best holidays!
Well, when i was a little girl, i had holidays very very good with my family, but i don't remember so much about that.
One of my holidays that more remember was in 2009, with my family, mi mother, mi brother and my stepfather. We went to Lican-Ray for two weeks, more and less, and we went to other places nearby, as Pucón, Villarica, Temuco, and others.
I liked this holidays beause I did a lot of things, i swam in the lake, walk in the town and i knew a lot of new things, we went of fishing, we went to a "ruca" and a lot of things more that already i don't remember. Besides i liked the weather, the people, the landscape, the lake, also, we were very closer of everything, and the town is very small, so is very easy know it complete, although, the travel went very very tiring, because went much hours until arrive there :c

A country I'd like to visit

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to write about countries that I would like travel.
I don't want to visit only one country, I want to travel to a lot of countries. 
First, I want to travel to England, since that I was little I want it, because I like the architecture and ancient buildings, besides I love the Victorian epoch. I want to know the churches, the St. James' Palace, the Thames, Hyde Park, Westminster 's abbey and other things in London, and also Stonehenge, Wales, and other places. I'd like live there some years.
Second, I want to travel to Greece, because I like the history of Greece, the landscapes, the beaches, although only I look it in photographies. I want to visit Athens, and to know Acropolis, Parthenon, Temple of Olympian Zeus, and other sculptures. Really I'd visit this country for know the culture, more that to work or to study.
In the last country that I want to visit is because when I was little I saw a TV serie that was filmed there, and I liked the fields and the landscapes, and I would like know the Coliseum, Basilica of Saint Peter, and other places
